Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Unfaded, operated by Tiny Agency ApS (CVR 44 55 56 89), Denmark. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Unfaded.

The service

Unfaded lets you save links, notes, and images to a personal library, search them, and make them available to your own AI tools over MCP. We may change, add, or remove features over time.

Your account

• You must provide a valid email and keep your access secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your API keys secret.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Unfaded.

Your content

You keep all rights to the content you save. You grant us only the permission needed to store and display it back to you and to the tools you connect. You are responsible for what you save and must have the right to save it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe others' rights with the service;
• store or distribute malware, or use Unfaded to attack, probe, or overload any system;
• abuse the API, circumvent rate limits, or attempt to access other users' data;
• resell or misrepresent the service.

Availability

Unfaded is provided “as is”, without warranties. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Keep your own copies of anything critical; you can export your data anytime in Settings.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tiny Agency ApS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data beyond what applicable mandatory law requires.

Governing law
